Returns & Exchanges

At Obsidian Descension, we stand by the quality of our garments and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags remain attached and the fabric is free of any alterations or signs of wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
